The following terms and conditions apply to all orders for the purchase of goods from Pandemonium Custom Choppers Shop. Please print a copy of these terms and conditions for your future reference.

Our contract

If you place an order online to purchase a product from Pandemonium Custom Choppers we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we deliver the product to you.

Description of the Goods

Pandemonium Custom Choppers will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

Availability

The supply of goods from this website is subject to availability and it is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the goods you want are still available for purchase. In the case of this happening we will contact you by email or a refund may be given.

Delivery

Upon clearance of full payment, and subject to availability and price checking, the ordered goods will be dispatched to the address quoted by the customer by courier. We accept no liability for undelivered or mis-delivered item due to the customer supplying incorrect address details.

PLEASE NOTE: The prices on this website only include postage and packing for items being sent within The United States

For orders other than from The United States Pandemonium Custom Choppers reserves the right to make additional delivery charges, Pandemonium Custom Choppers will contact you to advise of any additional charges, at which point you will have the option to accept the additional charge and proceed with the order, reduce the size of your order or cancel it.

Special delivery options may be available. Please contact us at info@pandemoniumc2.com before placing your order and we will advise if special delivery is possible on your order.

Cancellation and Returns

Pandemonium Custom Choppers offer a 7 day returns policy which begins from the date you received the goods. All unwanted goods should be returned in a re-saleable condition.(No change of mind refunds on sale items.) In such a situation return postage will be at your cost. Goods can be exchanged for other goods or a credit note.

If we are at fault in delivering your goods, for instance we dispatch the wrong item or it is faulty, we will resolve the problem as fast as is possible under the Consumer Guarantees Act and refund any postage costs you may have incurred.

We accept no liability for any damage or loss incurred by the customer or a third party due to delivery, late delivery, non-delivery or any other circumstances no matter how such damage or loss was caused.

Security

All transactions effected through this web site will be directed through a secure server. All reasonable attempts will be made to ensure the security of every transaction but we cannot be held liable for any loss, no matter how arising.

When submitting your order you are agreeing to the purchase of goods and to allowing Pandemonium Custom Choppers to use your personal data for the purpose of supplying the goods

Losses

Pandemonium Custom Choppers will not be responsible for any business loss (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, anticipated savings, data, goodwill or wasted expenditure) or any other indirect or consequential loss even if the loss was reasonably foreseeable to both you and us when you commenced using the website or when the contract for the sale of goods was formed.

Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions

Pandemonium Custom Choppers reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Terms and Conditions of Purchase at any time. You will be subject to the policies and Terms and Conditions of Purchase in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

Events beyond our reasonable control

Pandemonium Custom Choppers will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.
